1 of 25 existing models CLK-GTR, new car.
This very special “Super Sport” version is the ultimate choice for the real race driver that wants to drive the cars on roads from home to the nearest race track. This is the most powerfull CLK-GTR ever produced for streets. The engine has been upgraded to 7,291 CC, the dynosheet reads an impressive 720 BHP at 6,700 RPM. It is the only one car with such high specifications. It is also the only red CLK-GTR and the only one fitted with the extra-large rear wing. It also has a complete sound and multimedia system with D.V.D, navigation, reverse camera, telephone. the manufacturer provides one year’s unlimited mileage warranty and this may be extended. You can have this very special car for only the price of a “Standard” CLK-GTR : 1,250,000 Euros. No taxes paid. No additional fees.

Hmmm.

You can see why they're normally silver.

So that Merc or a Macca F1 AND a Pagani Zonda..........or Enzo Ferrari.

IMHO the Zonda may be a great car, but has zero heritage and racing pedegree.

Try telling a girl you own a Zonda, she will probably think its like a Daewoo

Hmmm

Wonder if AMG have a supercharger for it....

Love the speedo to 400km/h. Hard to believe the car is (loosely) based on the CLK we see around town. I asked my girlfriend how much she thought it cost.... about £60000 apparently.

You have to wonder what the insurance is for it.

I bet the car is actually faster the the Mclaren F1 but due to an Evo sized fuel tank, it has to tow its own petrol tanker, which reduces its top speed to only 200+mph per hour. Thats why they needed a 7.3 litre engine... more torque.

Cheers
