Default When selling, take off mods or not ?

So...

When the spring arrives the Z4M coupe will be for sale.

im thinking the best way to get most money would be take off the mods and go standard, sell the things that are worth cash ?

So... Baring that in mind, the mods/extra's i would sell is..

19" CSL style wheels and tyres (mint)....
H&R springs (less than 8k)
Hayward and Scott exhaust boxes and X pipe..Like brand new...
Dateless number plate (373 NKN)..valued at £1500,but who knows.

The way i see it that between the items i see a couple of grand, seem feasible ?

Or...do i just leave everything on the car and say ask £1500-£2000 more hoping that the new owner likes whats done ?

What are we thinking ?

Sell as standard car as it will appeal to more people.

Sell uprated parts...to be fair they won't add much value to the car as it is.

Yea.

Standard is good for these cars...

But eveyone seems to put CSL's on and have suspension fitted as the standard spring rates are gash..

The Exhausts are mega money... Anything for £1200 to £2200 depending on which manufacturer you go with..

I might try and sell the reg plate.... Had a couple of valuations that are favourable so might try it with a couple of companies or Egay it...

I'm not a great fan of those type of cars but that does look good, especially the wheels.

You're probably better off selling the mods separately if you're selling.

What power is she running?

Great cars these. Yours looks perfect mate. It would be better to put back to standard but there will be someone out there that wants to do the same mods.

No i havent, although it only came out of AUC warranty under 12 months ago...

Mondial will reinstate at any time if you apply..

Depending on your level of cover,it ranges from about £1000 to £2600pa IIRC....

Cool i have sent him a link ,,, think he was after a z4 conv then gave up and was looking for a 335 ,,, hes been looking for something mint for a while but is pretty fastidious about his cars and likes to buy off likeminded people

I onow the bmw warranty has been a lifesaver to him in the past and you need to have fbmwsh afaik to reinstate or maintain it so yours could be good for him

Like i say i lsent him a link so im sure once xmas is out the way he will let me know

Your a good man...

Many thanks

The car will not disappoint.... I will gladly refund anyone's travelling expenses if they have a genuine grievance with my description or was unhappy with the condition..

The car is an absolute weapon.Any test or AA/RAC inspection is more than welcome,i have nothing to hide and the car speaks for itself..
