A BIG thanks to Richard for blackpool run
Well done Richard for putting together the balckpool run last night
There was well over 70 cars in attendance
Cumbrian scoobs along with southern scottish and our TTS friends( complete with spiders web ) had a great convoy down led by Sid
Great meeting point cars looked great with the headlights on in a giant circle lighting upnthe fancy dress arena
Really good family event with everyone dressed up
Pimmo you have started a great tradion now
Great to catch up with people I haven't seen from the Nbo too
Marshalling was the best ever and we all kept in a massive 70 + car convoy through fleetwood shaking buildings and raising the carbon footprint
Good run through the lights and a McDonalds to end the night and a good fast convoy from blackpool with our mersey side friends where we parted at Preston for the fast blue convoy back up north
And of course a great lot of cash raised fir Richards chosen charity too
Top man Richard and all those that helped from NWS
See you all at next years Blackpool run

It was a fantastic day. Great to see people from so many different areas attending
It was very well organised and all the Scoobies in convoy was a sight to behold, fahookin marvellous.
It was funny watching some of the kids/parents driving the other way paying more attention to the Scoobies rather than the lights and was cool that some of the public out and about were taking photos
I and my family were proud to be a part of it all and once again a BIG thanks to Rich and all who had a hand in organising it.
We too will see you all (and hopefully more) at next years Blackpool run (and probably before it too )

Was a good night and nice to meet fellow enthusiasts from all over the North and Scotland.
Much bigger turnout than I expected from the thread.
I agree was good to see the kids in cars comming the otherway they were made up to see the scoobies comming the other way.
one of the funniest bits was watching the drivers at the end doing strange walks into Maccies because there legs gone dead on the clutch LOL

Hi thanks to the organisers for planning yet another good run. Just wondered if it was worth thinking about meeting on the big car park at the end of the M55 next year and going the opersite way through the lights as might be able to stay in a bigger group as I'm sure there is less roundabouts and traffic lights to break us up ? But still had a good night and can't wait for next year.

my first proper scooby event. good to meet everyone, big thanks to the organisers
wouldn't have been a proper run without the odd breakdown, delay or bodge job (i see the duct tape held the splitter to the end )
