FAO Tunnel Run Crew Extra Curricular Event!!
Hello lads/ladies!!
I wanted to gauge interest for an event I'm going to attend in August. Its called the Big Welsh Meet and is based in Clarewen Dam Elan Valley, Rhayader, Aberwrstwyth (sp).
Basically its a big meet in a country park that a load of Subaru's meet up and get the BBQ's going and generally have a cracking day out!! Its a very friendly, family atmosphere with a bunch of like minded people just like our tunnel run gang!!
Not only is it an amazing drive to the location up and over the mountains but it is quite spectacular when you get there too with stunning views and places for the kids to wander off and play.
Basically i would like to recruit as many as possible to drive down there with me in convoy and meet up with everyone there. Trust me it'll be worth it!! There are already 47 attending and would like to get as many from our tunnel runs down there too.
I've spoken to the organiser Richy B and he was more than happy for us all to come down.

looks nice nathan, good pics as well, i know i would like to come!, (hope the weather holds though, could imagine there is not much shelter), we could convoy down there with you leading the way bud. any chance of you asking them to maybe support our tunnel run as well. p.s. hope you have a great wedding mate, and i will bring my welder next time i see you to seperate the ball and chain from your ankle lol. (says me, i am doing the same 23rd august, doh)

looks good nathan, if i can get some work on the cards me the missus and kids would love to come along, any excuse to get the car out for a good old drive sounds brill to me mate

as a former Flintshire resident,I would have deffo taken part.Got to be in Ibiza with wife n kids for the sake of peace lol.If you do an autumn run am on it!!!

SORRY GUY'S NO CAN DO. I'VE SPENT OVER £300 THIS MONTH ON YOU KNOW WHO (4 WHEELS) THAT WAS OUR HOLIDAY MONEY FOR SEPTEMBER. GOT TO PUT IT BACK SOME HOW. SOZ AGAIN YOU LOT. MAKE SURE YOU GET LOADS OF PICTURES TO POST UP!
