That seems to be the general attitude anyway F1, infact it's quite common for people to declare themselfs bankrupt so they don't have to pay someone they owe money too, which is bloody wrong TBH.

A question to the more intelligent folk of NSR. I defaulted 4 years ago and have set up a payment plan that will have the amount owed paid back in another 18months which coincides with how long the default stays on my account. This has limited the credit I can get to absolutely nothing (and rightly so) but would I have been better to just file for bankruptcy? I've known of people to go bankrupt and within a year be running around in new financed cars and getting mortgages etc whereas my financial life has been on hold for what feels like an eternity.
