Three Curries in Two Days...
Equals one properly bad ****
Out on Wednesday night with the wife & kids for my birthday, out yesterday afternoon for a colleague's retirement, then out last night with my mates, again for my birthday
As a result, I've just successfully cleared our open plan office for the third time, and there's still 3 hours of the 'working' day left
Your a bunch of lightweights, curry does nothing to me, but after brussel sprouts I can make peoples nostrils burn and their eyes water, can't wait for christmas dinner at the in-laws.
I could eat three normal curries in two days no problem but three vindaloos would be a different story.
I remember once getting a really hot curry from the local tandoori to help fight a cold I was coming down with having heard that spicy food was good for that. Not such a good idea though as the following morning I felt more ****e with the cold, this was compounded with spending half an hour on the bog and getting a very sore ****
It's more the calories I worry about. Curries are a good way to pile on the pounds.
That's more to do with portion size and most people that go to a restaurant or take away have; pompadom & chutney, onion baji, rice AND a nann bread, then some sugar type desert, add the general total pig out and it's no surprize people put weight on, but currie and chilly in particular will help keep you slim.
