The UK Government could, and should, commission new ships ..... rather than bailing out the City and Banks!

So the UK government should be commissioning a defence contractor to build more ships, at a time when the defence budget is being cut...

So considering how long it takes to commission a ship building program, let’s take a look back and see which government were in charge of this country at the time such programs would have needed to have been kicked off to prevent the closure of the yards today - Oh, that will be a Labour government then.
