Which Holy Cow next?
First we are told that politicians are dishonest, then that the police are bent and now we are told the NHS is ****. All profoundly shocking news to my good-self, I can assure you.
What will it be next on the list of shattered delusions - the BBC?

In the interests of accuracy, I would point out that we knew all coppers were bent long before we discovered politicians were just as bad
The NHS isn't as bad as the press would have us believe, yes there are bad apples, and also far and away too many un-necessary managers, bean-counters and oxygen thieves, but at at it's core the NHS has a lot of good people still trying their best

They said we must fix this huge ,expensive, lumbering, old-fashioned, state run leviathan.
Lets bring in loads of smart, efficient business managers and get it fixed & make it all run like a cost-effective modern company.
Well that didn't work so why are they still there?

NHS care can range from brilliant (Oxford Radcliffe) to third world, Milton Keynes and Northampton. I would rather get treated in Afghanistan than the latter. I am lucky that I have private health care but never got around to adding my other half, and frankly the things I saw in Northampton hospital were shocking. A combination of being clueless, lazy and rude.
