trojans and worms HELP PLEASE anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

holy **** havejust found out the misses had been opening email attachments from some gormless t**t in california and i have worms and trojans all over the place.
AVP lite from kaspersky was temporarily turned off and now it is flashing warnings all over the place.
The thing is i avp has told me where they are but is not disinfecting and when i try deleting i am told windows is using the files
they are as follows:
C:\windows\system\kern32.exe
c:\windows\inetd.exe
C:\windows\system\hksdll.dll
C:\recycled\dc18.scr
help please anyone

Get a trial version of a well known virus scanner ASAP
I think you can get Trials of Mcaffe http://www.Mcaffee.com or Symantex http://www.symantec.com.
Once you have them run a FULL scan on your system and invest in one of the products.
