Not sure if some of them are fixed due to insurance claims, there must be a lot of payouts over there so insurance will want cameras in, I would too looking at how they drive.

You're not wrong. My step son was involved in a hit and run. A Polish driver knocked him off his moped and drove off. The police were interested until they discovered that he car owner was Polish. When the owner (and driver!) said he didn't know who was driving they let it drop. Oh, and when I said I wasn't sure who was driving during a speeding case they threatened me with 'the full force of the law'. If only that put that much effort into my step sons case.
