Have a look here:

http://forums.airshows.co.uk/

Sadly, it doesn't appear to be very busy these days compared with what it used to be like, so if you hunt back a year or four you'll find some stunning shots of aircraft that no longer fly.

Ah yes, we unwittingly drove over there on our way home from pwlleli and pooped ourselves. No sooner had we came to the top of the hill a fighter jet came straight over the top of us. We all ducked too!

I cycled up that road in August (from the lake) and saw......nothing!

The old "tin triangle" was good at that sort of hooliganism too!

To be honest I thought it was very dangerous to be that close as they fly past, then at 3:35 in I noticed the guy with his Hi-Viz jacket on so it's all nice and safe

Is that in North Wales somewhere? I was up there when I was a venture scout walking along a hill top when a tornado flew down the valley below us. Can't remember where it was though. Also been on a navy ship in the med that was buzzed by a fighter jet aswell as Phantoms out in the Falklands. Along with ammo drops by fat Albert in the Falklands aswell.

It's not as busy as it used to be, but here's one from this year showing the turn at the end of the valley.

Sit and watch 'the show' with a beer in the car park of the Pen-y-Bont hotel/pub or at Castel-y-bere.

Last year we were up at the castle and 2 USAF F15s flew level with us

Was there half term this year and all we saw were some hawks from RAF Valley.

Nice. Reminds me of when I lived at home with the parents who are on the North Cornwall coastline nr GCHQ Bude and always had F15's doing target runs against GCHQ so flying low & fast. Used to rattle the windows and shelves big time. We loved it - my house proud mum did not

In the 70's we lived in Manchester on the flightpath to RAF Barton or Barton aerodrome, I think it was called, can't honestly remember and we often had our roof rattled by harriers, and other stuff.
