Default PayPal and credit cards...Do they mix?

I nearly have the budget for a new car (Scoob) but am just not quite there yet. The car (Or maybe shed...) that i am driving now is on its last legs and I seriously need to change it before the cold dark crappy nights draw in.

Does anyone know, or has anyone ever made a purchase via PayPal to a very trusting companion "wink wink" and had them withdraw the cash? Or buy something via ebay like a friends sock for a buy it now price and "purchase" the item......... I have a 0% Credit card for 18 months but of course I need the cash. But would this be a transaction or a cash advance? Im only talking 2-3k here... Otherwise I can only look at dealers who will take a card payment.

Thought please......Ta muchly..........

If you pay via paypal to anyone there will be a charge unless you do a gift.

What you asked should be do-able, I've linked a CC to PayPal before. Now, do you want one sock or a pair of?

I have a prepaid card (incase of scams) on my Paypal. If you buy something with not enough credit it takes the rest off the card. Not sure on amount limits ?

Its has to be a "purchase" though otherwise the 0% will be void and you will pay interest. I expect a small fee as you would have to pay this anyway at a dealers...

Yes it will work, it's not counted as cash, just a purchase. Send it to parents or someone trusted though.

Set up an eBay transaction.
