I can't help you but all I can think of is to ask your Council to see if they can help. I don't know who is responsible for taking care of the land registry. You might even find thet the citizen's advice bureau can help you out.

loads of free information on
http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/
Id ring up the solicitor who managed the purchase of your house, a copy of the boundaries should reside in their filing system. They shouldnt charge you for it either - its YOURS. If they want to charge, it'll be an flat out admin charge to do a photocopy. Ask for the original or even get them to tell you what is yours and what is not.

Although it's important to you mate domestic issues are way down the list of importance with most authorities as it is extremely common.
The cops also share the same view unless you file an imminent or non imminent threat in which case it must be followed up.

theres an off street parking space on our street, and one neighbour insists its theirs.
local council told me they checked the land registry and it showed as communal parking, however this person has now come up with deeds showing it as theres, im wondering if they just added it without purchasing it so I now need a land number so I can check for definate, but its silly expensive for the number then you have to pay the land registry for the copy too.
I might just give up, the annoying part is this person has no car and a huge drive, I have a small drive and two cars. makes no sense.

Had this problem last year when my daughter bought a house. I phoned our council and made an appointment to go down and see the original approval of the plans which stated parking spaces etc on them. I got a copy of this as well.
