Whilst the rich get richer and get expensive Private Treatment .......
Eton Boyz ..... not a clue .......... let's put an end to this misery - please, Labour, come back and rescue the Country!!!!!

my mother died over a period of time where political power changed hands, did i notice a change in her level of care?
the answer is no.
my grandmother is now in the same situation.
please dont use sweeping generalisations to promote a politcal parties current position as a referance to actual patient care received. its a poor tactic to use, even more so for party politics.
individual cases and there discussion would possibly be welcomed, unfounded claims used as politcal promotion is not. just my opinion.

I am merely stating what the Nursing Profession is saying is happening due to the Tories cost cutting ...... not party political, just an observation that the NHS seems to be much safer in Labour hands than in Tory hands.

Can you afford private treatment on the enormous salary you are always telling us that you get?

Good afternoon Les.
I can afford Private Treatment, yes, but that doesn't mean that I would rather remain within the 50% Tax Band so that others less fortunate do not have to suffer.
The proposed drop in my tax bill to 45% is, quite frankly, immoral while patients lie on hospital trollies!

Yes I agree with what you say of course. Cameron is fast running out of new excuses I think.
All this agreeing seems most unusual!

Others may choose to support the police, the roads, the army, a much more democratic system.

Absolutely, you should be paying 83% Income Tax and 15% on tax on income from investments etc just like it used to be under Labour....like you say, the rich just keep on getting richer and you still keep bragging on how much you earn.....

The Conservatives are allowing you choice as to where you spend your income rather than dictating it centrally. You can carry on making extra contributions to the NHS over and above your tax and NI contributions. Nobody will stop you.

Not that I'm against the Tories, I'm pretty impartial, but something had to be done. Labour just didn't want to be the bad guys, saying that who would considering the elections were coming up.

There is no mechanism at all for me to pay more tax than my Accountant tells me is due, even my charitable giving is under threat of being Tax Relief limited!!

Went into hospital today for a minor procedure, and not one bed in the corridors, or cold walls. Nurses happy and smiling, and management sorting changes out on the wards with the staff nurses and doctors, and getting their wants sorted and being proper management instead of pencil pushers.
But its all doom and gloom isn`t it??

Your thinly veiled brag that you earn enough to be in the 45% top rate income tax bracket??!!!
Yes you would, and duplicitously it wasn't that long ago you where you were looking at ways to minimize the the amount of tax you pay through salary sacrafice and going offshore.
