isle of wight - where to go ?
Hi all,
Im reaching the dizzy age of 40 this weekend, and to avoid a family party where I pay for all food / drinks for my `hangers-on`, Ive decided to take my wife / children and pop over to IOW for the day. I live 30 min from Portsmouth.
So, where is there good on the IOW ?? My children are 3 and 1 years old, so need something that will keep them interested. Zoo's ?? Interesting places to visit ??
Any tips, help gratefully recieved.

Might sound pretty sad but I went to the Isle of Wight last when I was about 11yr old and I always remember my trip to Osbourne House being very interesting. Queen Victorias house if I remember correctly. I wasnt that interested in History back then so for this place to stick out in my memory tells me it was worth a visit.
