Default Autosport show - anyone going?

I am still thinking about going, the only problem being that the kids might not enjoy it

Is anyone here going?

Used to go on trade days, would never go on a public day as it's just too busy.

I thought about going tomorrow with my son - but seeing as it'd cost me nearly £60 with parking, plus fuel, food etc.... they can bugger orf.

I went a couple of years ago and have been quite a few times before that. The last time I went it seems to be mostly trade stands and not much interest for the general public. Don't think I'd go again.

My mate was trying to get me to go when the guy he was going with came down with a sickness bug. Decided to leave that, but he's still trying to persuade me to go just for the night out (has rooms booked that will go to waste). Apparently the strippers in Birmingham are worth seeing.

I wouldn't say it's a rip off. For £30 there is enough to see to keep you there all day and you get a ticket for the live show as well.

Been quite a few times in the past but haven't been for the last year or two.

Each time there tends to be less cars to actually look at and more trade stands of crap.

If it now costs £30 to get in then that's a rip off for what it is. You could easily walk round it twice in a day as the last few times we went there was less and less there each time.

I certainly can resist very easily with an entry fee like that.
