For **** sake i've been off beer for months due to this weight training..cracked tonight though,had a couple pints at pub and now starting on the ltr bottle of bacardi i bought earlier.

i'll probably be p1ssed after a couple shots...

Wife and kids in bed so just sat down for one, a bottle of Eden Project ale and some chilli roasted nuts. Surprisingly good. Got a nice bottle of Old Speckled Hen to have with lunch tomorrow.
