Beef Jerky Biltong
Unsure if any of you like this but i do, the stuff that asda sell is a bit crap but my wifes company fitted out a place in north yorkshire thats sole purpose was to make high quality Biltong which is the South African version, i got some samples, and ever since ive ordered it in bulk.
cant beat a big bag some stella and Fifa 12 or a good movie, so as a recomendation to any fellow meat chewers

They also sell it in massive sticks I actually bought one but after nearly slicing my hand off and chewing it and making my mouth bleed I gave it to mother in laws dog who got a hard on eating it
So I now buy the bags, he just cuts me it down on his special slicer, awesome ****, it's silver side beef dried and cured but unsure how

Read these and have a go! 2nd llink contains a DIY dehydrator, although you can buy them and I have seen a laundry basket with a light bulb used as well.
