Default Music - what are you all into

just interested thats all, something to talk about

for me ive been into dance music since i was 10 (27 now), old prodigy type stuff and through the years got into my trance music from around 99-03

then went up a gear into more hard dance stuff like european hard trance, and uk hard house. main interests now are hardstyle (originated in holland) and gabber (bit intense i no). also like my house and electro and a bit of harder techno

never really been into any other style of music, but intrigued to see what you all like now, or have liked in the past

I'm into anything really, Motown, dance, trance, elecro, r&b ....

I'm pretty eclectic to be honest and the only style I don't like is heavy metal. Never really enjoyed it.

MATT, depending on how hard you like things do a google search for 'disorder' or CRACK (music events in Melbourne) or for THE DISTURBER. his stuff is pretty dark, and heavy. It might not be your scene, but worth a look.

Anything horrible. Was bought up on the UK Punk scene in the 80's so, Discharge, Crass, Killing Joke, Varukers etc, etc.
Then slowly got into the more Metal stuff & Grindcore. Will still listen to Napalm Death in the car (When the wife's not there )
Nowadays, Anything really but NO pop crap or anything whatsoever that charts!!
Basically, Still like my noise at 44

90's dance, Anything by Micheal Jackson. I'll give anything a try, unless its heavy rock, country and western or hard trance (or similar).

And totally agreed with the comment about x-factor. I find it almost impossible to watch. Nothing worse than overbearing, sob-story ridden, desperate teenagers that will do anything for a bit of fame and anything to not do a proper days work for the rest of their.

Rant over lol
