I will pretty much listen to anything really and I mean anything, I got stuff from classical, heavy metal, nu metal, emo, reggae, 60s,70s, 80s, 90s early 00s, rap, r&b, country, ska, punk, dance, trance, soul, pop, dancehall, grime, 2 step, dubstep, theres probably loads i missed out but thats just at the top of my head.

teenage years - spent listening to a pile of crap that was 1980's chart music.

late teenage years got very into heavy metal - can barley stand to listen to it now.

from my mid 20's (so over the last 15 years) my musical horizons have broadened significantly depending on the mood and occasion it may be a bit of Ray Charles, Bach, Pendulum or some unsigned and unheard of folk group - afraid I cant get into the whole rap / hip-hop /urban music thing. Watched some of the MOBO's the other night and despite some of the acts being well regarded in thier circles, I can't see their talent.

listening to Charlene Soraia as I type this - and next up is Fredrika Stahl. Google them if you haven't heard of them.

Early 70's was into glam rock [early slade etc] Then punk [still see the odd band live now the damned & slf] Then a bit of a shift to 80's soul then trance at the start & have never left

am easy when it comes to music, can listen to anything. grew up listening to rave (after dark, new monkey) haha still do but not that often. love me bonkers happy hardcore etc but find myself listening to stuff like the killers, scouting for girls, jack johnson etc love acoustic aswell.

My list would take up a page, however, was given a couple of free tickets to the Michael Forever gig at the Millenium on Saturday and need to say that the Yolanda Adams rendition of Earth Song was one if the most incredible performances I've ever seen. Staggering.

Simple Minds, Supertramp, Yes, Floyd, Pendulum, K90, AC/DC, Madonna, Kasabian, REM, Enya, Air, Sisters of Mercy, Stone Roses, Example, Leftfield, Journey, and loads besides. Nothing too far off the beaten track though.
