Its Over
After 4 month's ive finished my diet
Ive dropped from 14 stone to 11 stone 7lbs A 35lb loss
Cant say it was easy, and at times iv'e felt like sh*t,
but after 4 months of salad, calorie counting and excersise its at and end..
and my treat for the weekend
A large pizza, bottle of cider and a nice sticky toffee pud
fat club booked for January lol

Nice work chap. Not wanting to lecture though, but aren't you better off adjusting your lifestyle permanently rather than 'dieting on, dieting off'? 3 stone is a good achievement in 4 months mind, good on you!

For info
Im 5' 5", so according to my "ideal" i should be around 10st 7lbs optimum
i look bloody thin now, and have settled at 11, 7 for almost a week now...
Mrs Mart is happy with then thin me, and dosent want me to go smaller..
and i'm finding it hard, to keep to low cals & the constant exersise.
So i accepted that 35 was a good loss

well done mate
great success story
nows the important bit tho,
keep protein high in your diet
this helps to maintain muscle mass - and muscle is the metabolic factory for burning calories - they are expensive for your body to keep, as they require more calories to maintain.
if you now continue to drop portion size and macros, then youll loose more yes(to a point), but will be part muscle tissue, part fat, part water. this then means your maintenace calorie level drops (as you have less muscle) this inturn means the same calories you eat will actually make you fat again
that and people blowing out after a diet is the reason people yo0yo and why most fad diest fail.
there unssutaniable
everything in moderation, protein high and do some weight training in your excersise regime
and ive just fixed your life
thankyou very much lol
seriously tho
good work

Well done mart, don`t waste that hard work by slipping into old habits. I lost 35lbs about 3 years ago and put it back on. I find it all to easy to listen to that voice that tells me to look in the fridge

Congrats, don't go too mad though
How do you feel after losing a few stone
TX.
PS. Better to stick with sensible eating 6 days a week then have a blow out day / nice meal once a week ...

Just done an hour on the treadmill...
Dont feel to bad, ...sweated buckets lol ...
dont fell hungry at the mo, probably working through the ton of carbs from yesterday...
Going to try salads during the day, and controlled portions for the evenings
rather that the on off method for the last 3 months
Will try to balance the excersise from every other day / cardio to bi weekly cardio, and drop in some resistance stuff
To give you an idea of the loss ..... tight 38" waist - to loose 34 waist ...
Or according to the other half... from 9 months pregnant to 3 months lol
