Why don't they have houses in locations that are not sought after?

I have another from the mouths of Estate Agents .... 'Sea Glimpses'

You can see a grey triangle between the Gasworks and the Funeral Parlour, just above the Council Rubbish Tip, behind the burnt out Hotel ....... that's the sea.

Don't you just love 'em?
