You should probably take your own advice there.
Why don't you write to your local MP? Tell him you have seen a video on the internet you don't like and want it removed.
Don't mess about, go straight to the top, call 5 0 as well.

Hi, is that the internet Governor, I would like to report a problem. My work mate has a situation in that his child has a video on youtube that depicts her name and face and wants it removed, mirrors? I don't know what you mean, I just want this section of the internet turned off at this time and no, I do not want to take out a super injunction against the local community

There is a video where a 12yo name is said that could identify that person. This video is among several million other videos and will most likely get 10 viewings it its life time.
What the difference if this person went on the news to pick up an achievement/bravery etc award.
Whats going to happen? The internet pedos come out or something?

Urban why not keep emailing them until they respond or maybe do a search for any groupd that can help, I know there is one for facebook but not sure about YT.
The FB one works quite well and pictures etc can get removed by going through them.
Derater it maybe that it will never be seen but imo he asked a question and deserves proper answers for that question, regardless of ones own view.
