If you are concerned then get yourself down to your nearest NHS drop in clinic (like an out of hours doctors surgery), it will be open Saturdays from around 8.oo am. Look on the NHS website for info or call your local hospital for info/phone number. If you are not feeling great then go to AS&E - given your history. also you could call NHS direct 0845 4647 and they will advise you.
