Tiny painful lump on my stomach/diaphragm?
About three years ago I had two "fat nodules" cut off the muscle wall of my belly. They were tiny hard lumps under the skin, and hurt like a stitch when I walked a lot.
Now, under one of the scars, I have ANOTHER small lump and it REALLY hurts when I do a lot of walking. It's about the size of a pea.
Pressing on it, or rubbing it helps the pain to ease, but it's causing me grief.
I'm off back to the quack tomorrow, but anyone any ideas?

Na i dont think you can TBH, sorry. Certainly my brothers are basically the formation of scar tissue that gradually over time gets larger/ bulkier and needs attention once more.
My brother was injured in the abdomin, and his too form under the scar tissue, hence the similarity in the symptons i guess.

Update: Doc says there is no lump, nothing. Sometimes I feel it, sometimes I don't Sometimes it just feels like tension in the muscle. But there IS sometimes back pain opposite.
It's not a hernia either so I've been told to lose weight and eat more healthily. Also to do sit-ups to strengthen the abdominal muscles again.
We shall see.

hmmmm sit ups with bad stomach pains....good luck with that....i will say though i broke my back 13yrs ago and it hurts ALL THE TIME. Around 3 yrs ago i commited to training at the gym, 5 times a week for 2.5yrs to build strength in the muscles surrounding the spine and relieve pressure from the skeleton.....It DID work i have to say....i can now lift more than ever of course, and enjoy my life more...still fekin hurts though!
Good luck with it!
