Nope, not that we can't, but becuase we won't. If the government has some spine (like the Aussie government) they would just deport the likes of Chindamo and ignore all the do-gooders.

A difficult one.. If he was so Australian then he (or his folks) should have applied for his citizenship early on.
Good on the Ozzys for that ha ha. Only now we have him here. Another one in, albeit a petty criminal.

If we treated our foreign criminals in the same way then Crimewatch would only be on TV for 15mins every month
