Saw the first episode tonight, as if the original didn't have enough gore lol, interesting to see the start of it all and good they used a lot of the same actors! Hopefully will be as good as the first.

i thought john hanna and lucy lawless got killed at the end of "blood and sand" but then read this series is a prequel. pretty gory and lucy does get her baps out. full series for those who cant wait is available via TVTorrents both in .avi format and HD .mkv format

series 2 of the origional one was delayed due to one the main actor (Andy Whitfield who played spartacus) getting cancer. The origional plan was for him to film as soon possible. Unfortuantly the remission the cancer shwoed was short lived and it cancer came back with avengance. They have decided to replace him with Liam McIntyre and its due to start filming in spring this year. so i'd guess will be next year it shows on tv.

p.s. rumour has it lucy lawless is coming back as well, not sur ehow given her character got killed off, but that will be an interesting twist, and you'll get more of her baps

Enjoyed the first series, have the episodes for this one and really need to watch them soon, probably going to be disappointed its only 6 parts though. One of teh best programmes made in years - swearing, *****, violence and lesbikans - ticks all the boexes really lol

She wasn't dead though, at the very end she was still just moving. You assume she's killed off, but I guess there is enough there that they can bring her back (I guess the Medicus with his herbs and things helped :-) )
