(Especially for Flightman)

This might mean that London and the SE escapes major falls?

Sure because we are become a refugee camp in this country to some extent. Our Polish population is growing faster than the Polish population in Poland!

Still so long as our economy grows fast it must be good right!?

I've said it on here many time, property is a sure bet, and can only go one way.

With rising incomes, low inflation, falling commodity prices and a booming economy, the UK housing market is set for a rapid rise, IMHO.

Look, here is some more good news I found today, that will only increase peoples purchasing power.

Roll on April.

People have never had it so good Flightman, they just need to make readjustments to the way they live.

London property is a Global Market - the disruption in Japan will certainly focus the minds of any Bankers wishing to relocate to Tokyo.

A shortage of housing does not = rising property prices. There are other factors, although I'm sure those factors are present in parts of London.
