Default Friday night...

So how did you spend yours?

I do occasionally miss the nights out and the clubs but...

Here's the cake me and the mrs made this evening for our little ones for their 3rd birthday party this weekend:

Never tried anything like this before but I'm rather pleased with how it turned out

Mrs SJ did a stirling job on the cake itself, yours truly on the styling. The little ones just love "The Gruffalo"

Well, I did get out for a chilled n' relaxing Lime n' Lemonade with my buddies. Our local Wine Bar for mature people was surprisingly packed with the young ones. Lynx took over the atmosphere, so did the attention seeking power-cackle from young lasses. So, I was very glad to make my tracks back home to my peace n' quiet. Old age n' all that.

Nice cake there, SJ. Great use of Friday evening.

Is that a voodoo cake. More importantly, have you arranged counselling for the kids starting Monday?

Now that pushed me into beholding the sight of the actual cake itself. I have to say that I agree with FB.

However, don't let the teasers get to you. All is not lost.
Just pluck all the teeth out + the fangy ones at the bottom, and chop both ears. You should be all right

Warning!!!
Aforementioned suggestion is to try on the cake you made. Not on yourselves.
