They had something like this at the stadium of light last summer when they had some concerts on. But I think the company who supplied them machines has since gone bankrupt.
I was in a Deaf Club a few months ago which was jam packed with people. But weirdly it was the fastest place I have ever been served.
They had like laminate menus on the bar with marker pens. You ticked the boxes for the drinks you wanted and gave it to the person behind the bar.

in the traditional style beer houses in Cologne you order a beer, you get an admittedly small glass of beer, at 0,2l but they have staff who's job is to replace glasses when empty or nearly empty so you only need to order once and you get constant refills and your beer is always fresh.
