Yes it's great and even though the price is going up by a couple of quid there isn't any other broadband service where I live i'd swap it for. Currently £7.50 for unlimited bandwidth (fair usage applies as usual but never gone near a warning). Never had one drop of service from them and has been faultless since I joined them.
I agree the router they give you is **** but I already had a netgear which I use so just reconfigured it (very easy to setup your own router). The one they give you you have to give back if you leave anyway so when it turns up just stick it in a cupboard somewhere and use your own router.

LLU = local loop unbundling which means the service provider has their own kit in the local telephone exchange which is what you connect to and go straight on to that service provider's network instead of connnecting to BT kit at the exchange and routing through their network.

We've been on it for a year now - on the unlimited deal. Yes the router is a little temperamental, but otherwise no complaints. Even got it through Quidco.

I'm with O2 ...
Price just about to jump from £15p/m to £18p/m ... 20mb line albeit they advised I'd see 17mb yet I really only get about 8mb speed. I'm thinking of moving on TBH.
