Default The new Sky channel listing

Does anyone have a Sky+HD box and not subscribe to the HD service? If so have your standard channels ie Sky1 been replaced with the HD version?

Its a complete pain in the bollocks but it may be even more of a pain when I turn my HD subscription off as i'll have to hunt around for Sky1 etc.

Just set your favourites to the non HD channels and go there.

I've got the HD box, but cancelled movies and HD package as I wasn't watching them. The listings order has changed for a few channels but the SD channels remained e.g. Sky 1 on 106, while Sky 1HD has remained on 170.

Been watching the adverts on tv recently where they say it's to make things "easier" for sky viewers...
Love it, we have changed all the channel numbers to make things easier, riiiight!

It wouldn't be that bad if you didn't have to flick back to the STD channels as the HD channels will show some programmes on 4:3 which is a right pain.

nm all that, it doesn't bother me, what does is the stupid blue button favorite sh1te where it flicks back to the previously viewed channel before going to your next fav channel, fackin pita. I know u can pause the viewed channel then hitting the blue button will move forward thru your favs, but still a pita, sky mongs.

I prefer it esp for Sky sports as now the first channels rather than 408 onwards. Did catch me out at first as I usually type in the channel number

You take HD for granted until you watch football in SD by mistake

Not so bad if you put a reminder on the std channel programme.

I think it is great that they have now put the HD channels in a more logical numerical 'place'

Yes saxo boy, but they should have done that from day 1 really.

THen people wouldn't have had to get "used" to going to say 408 for football instead of 401
