I had an idea once ago for a brilliant device that would sit on or near the TV and would locate the blooming remote control, car keys etc.
I had it all developed, marketing etc but I think the original concept was lost in a weekend of drink and drugs abuse and I forgot how it all worked

Absolutely - ones that lock on to 4X4s driven on the school run, plonkers in Subarus with stickers and lengths of 4" cast iron stench pipe for exhausts, ********* in certain rear-wheel drive vehicles that have indicators as an expensive but rarely-taken up option, and Rover 416s on the A169 to Whitby with the tell-tale flat-capped silhouette holding up 37 cars at 29 miles per hour on an otherwise lovely road across the North Yorkshire moors.. :seethe:
