Default Cat boots

The missus has realised her UGG boots are **** in the snow/wet, so is wanting to get some Cat boots....just the plain tan ones, but prices are £80+!? I seem to remember being able to get them under £50 a few years back.

Anyone know where to get some at reasonable prices?

I had to get a size smaller in my Cat boots (size 3 when I'm normally a 4).

I thought this thread was about some type of boots for cats. I know someone from here, who bought ASDA hoodies for their cats about 3 years ago as their Christmas presents LOL

Anyway, Cat is a good make for walking boots.

Don't get steel toe caps if she doesn't need them. You have to break them in with a hammer. I got a pair for 22 quid last Saturday (down from 100.) The box says Cats, the receipt says Cats, the boots are Cats, stock number is 705108. I got them in a shop in Lisburn Square..... hope that helps.....

p.s. I love my Cats

Cat boots have certainly gone downhill over the years.
I've always kept a pair at hand for the bad weather and the grips gotten worse over the years as I get later models.
My latest pair would probably do fine in dancing on ice.
Absolute litter!

I agree, My first pair were awesome, a few year ago I got another pair and they were atrocious. A bit too fashion focused rather then 'sensible boots' despite being the same style (tan suede boots)

If she's not so bothered about labels, there's lots of better sturdier alternatives but in the same colour and style.

Got a leaflet thing through the door today from TJ Hughes.

They are advertising them for £39:99, but only in sizes 7-11.

I've got some Olang Patty snow boots which are stylish, comfortable and appropriate for the conditions we are experiencing at the moment:

They do them in all different colours - I have brown ones and my daughter has silver. I paid £44.95 for them from BestBuys in Wellingborough, but they can be bought online for around £50. (RRP is about £70!)

Show her them, she might like them more.

Lol, thanks very much guys.

I'll show her the suggestions, but i expect(being a woman afterall ) she'll stick to the Cats if possible. When i asked about the Timberlands, she reckons they are too narrow and pointy, whereas the Cats are a bit more rounded at the front and chunky looking??

Either way, i'll see what she says later.
