it's buyers Market estate agent are confused lots are still over valuing some Tom who lives next door recons his house will still fetch 300k cause a house sold for that price three years ago.
some estate agents over value to get the instruction sign you for 12 weeks and then after 28 days till you that the price needs to be reduced in order to attarct buyers, another 28 days later same story and when your near the end you get an offer which way below what your asking and have to accept as your already disheartened.
it's a crazy Market the problem is no one knows what's going on anymore.

How the hell did they get planning permission for the 2nd one I'd be very surprised if that's legit, if it is the planning board were all on drugs they day they passed that.
