I've spent the last 6 months rehearsing with a new band - we do 70's/80's funk, soul & disco covers.

We're quite a big band (11 people!) and are all established musicians in our own rights - this is a bit of fun We're called the "Funkatronic Love Commandos"

Thanks Myles - the sax is real (combined with processing at the moment - trying to get a brass-section to commit to a recording date is nightmare!! LOL!! )
Trumpet-player refused to believe that the recording he heard was actually the band!! LOL!! He's currently trying to get some time to head over to Dave's (our engineer*) to lay down his parts.

It will all be "live" brass in the next few weeks - the aim of these tracks was to use them as a promo for gigs. We'll see eh?


*Makes a change that I'm not the engineer for once
