There's a commercial one of those for two people outside one of the artificial snow places....Glasgow I think it was. Looked pretty tame to me

I can not believe it did not smash his head into the ground, soooo close!!

I expect the program was setup for a smaller chap and they forgot to adjust it for the taller one in the video.

They have been used by F1 teams for a couple of years IIRC.

We had a large PUMA based robot arm at uni. Whilst I was allowed to program it, the lab techs wouldn't let me or any other student near their precious toy

(mainly becuase we'd probably do the exactly same thing as in the above video )

I could tell you but I would have to shoot you.

Not really , most teams have various simulators. Some of the teams use these robot arms for their familiarisation simulators as they give a good movement range etc.

Oh I see-for motion. Yes that would make a big difference to the realism. Incredible difference between aircraft simulators with or without motion.
