Found out Saturday morning!!! 5 weeks gone by the looks of it

Maddest feeling in the world but we have been trying for a while now so it's great news and we are both ready etc for it.

If it's a girl (which it wont be lol) it's Emma or Mia and if it's a boy it's gonna be Nathan

Scaryyyyyyyyyy

Brilliant news, congratulations. Sounds like you have it all planned out already with the names, etc. Lol

Is this going to be the end of your perfomance car owning days?

Sounds like one of the few positives.

To the OP, congratulations on being fertile, commiserations regarding how much it's going to cost you. Lets hope our society starts to improve over the next few decades.

Congrats. Just one word of advice, don't tell too many people yet. We did at week 6 and then she miscarried at week 8.

But anyway, good for you fella.

You reckon?

You couldn't even finish a cup of tea, before the cup had been washed, dried and out away.

Congratulations but as said be aware that miscarriages are horribly common at early stages My ex lost two in the time I was with her. Once you're past the first couple of months the odds drop quickly though

That's fine and I'm sure you will be ok, but it only happened to us a few weeks ago, so just be careful, at least for the first 12 weeks. Honestly bud, it's for the best.

Oh well done mate really pleased for ya both. All you have to do now is make sure she is not over doing it and do everythink for her. It's the best feeling in the world when the day comes mate. i've got 3 kids, one that is just about to turn 10 and twin boys which are 4 in august. When the twins were born it was the most amazing sight and remember it like it was yesterday. You should keep the scooby as it's a great family motor, that way you get to keep a little bit of you still lol. But i have to say no more outings with the lads now and no more full night sleeps. but don't worry it's worth it.

Congrats mate, it's great fun, exciting and utterly the most exhausting point of your life!

Make the most of the pregnancy, and enjoy watching the Mrs grow a tiny human being you both made inside her.
It is the most amazing thing that two people can share.

One tip, when she's feeling crappy, uncomfortable and keeps moaning that she is fat, tell her she is the most beautiful woman in the world, and give her a foot rub.
Believe me, she will repay you for it! Thats the hormones for you

Like Pimmo says, read through the baby threads, a very helpful bunch on here.

Congratulations to you both. Make sure you are well in credit on the sleep stakes, especially if the name is Emma or Mia!

Congratulations Alan!

Piece of advice, let her her eat for two (and endure any odd cravings), and you can drink for three! You also have a sober driver to get you home!

My wife is due to have number three in August, so I'm currently drinking for five!!
