Default Electric Razor

Can anybody recomend good electric razor, I have never been able to wet shave as I always come out in a rash so stuck with electric, had a few over the years and recently Remington , but the latest one seems to take forever to get a decent shave, any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance

Bought a new one last year and like yourself have sensitive skin. Braun 3 series 390cc from boots, infact I'm sure with braun stuff if you don't get on with the shavers you can return them after a short time.

I've been using a braun series 5 for the past year, for the first few months I didn't like it as I was wet shaving on a sunday and using it to keep topped up. Now I use it everyday regardless of whether I'm working or not and find its awesome but you really do need to use it everyday to get the best out of it otherwise it's pretty poor.

I tried a Braun 5 series shaver a couple of years ago
I persevered with it for just over a year, but what I found is that you were in need of a proper shave or at least it felt that way by dinner time.
Plus I found you could never get your neck done properly
I was changing the clean and renew cartridge one day and somehow tipped the machine over - the fluid went everywhere
I then remembered that I didn't really get on with dry shave and fcuked the whole lot in the bin

I'm with most of the negative comments here.

I detest shaving, I absolutely fking loathe the act of shaving.

I got a Philips £90 leccie jobbie which you pump some kind of moisturiser in, and then pump that onto your face as you run the shaver around.

It takes as long as a wet shave, and it's quite frankly, ****.

Back of the jaw where it meets ear it can't get, neck is woeful. It just makes a noise . I use it about once a week, normally when I couldn't care less what I look like.

In no way am I hursute, quite the opposite.

I bought a Braun 5000 series, was ok but over rated. Got a 3000 (I think) now which was about £30 and that does the trick for me.

Thats exactly how I feel, its a waste of time but also something which you must do each and every ******* day!

Yep - makes a noise and irritates the **** out of your skin
You manipulate the skin in that area to try and make things as easy as possible but the b@stard electric razor still can't cut those hairs, and your skin is a red as can be for the next hour.

Neither, i use a straight which gives the best shave of all.

Merkur hd with derby blades for a newbie.

Leccy always made me rash and feel dirty for shaving in the first place, now it's a joy.
