Default Conservatories

We are looking to buy a conservatory and I was wondering how much we should expect to pay.

We are looking for a Edwardian style one with a plastic roof we would perfer a glass roof but that would put the price up to much.

We are looking for one 5m Wide x 3m depth.

Any ideas on price and can some one recommend anyone in Kent.

We have a drain that would need to be moved to we need to look into building regulations for this.

Thanks

Ours is roughly that size, with a plastic roof, dwarf walls, fully plastered, some drainage work too. Expect to pay £9000 to £11000.

What's there to plaster??? Dwarf walls can be left as is if a nice facing brick is used.

A lot of the cost is in actual erection, foundations, electrics, heating including possible air conditioning and flooring.
