Default Spiders are in already!!

Not happy! The big buggers are coming inside already! I just had a Kamikaze one run straight at my bare feet!!

Surely they'd be happier outside until September!

It's the ones you see running across the living room carpet and you catch it in the corner of your eye

Oh yes, they are all over the horrible little things.

I don't care if they don't cause any harm, they really scare me, and I'm sick of them being in my house (where I can see them). Worst is, he's always asleep by the time I notice them....

Don't they say that the average house has 10,000, yes ten thousand, spiders in it?

We had the biggest centipede I've ever seen outside a zoo in our living room last week. I would say a smidge under 3 inches. Hard enough to not pick it up and not to let one of the cats eat it (he'd only launch it back up in an hour or so anway) Wife was screaming and sitting on top of the sofa.

Wouldn't be surprised if the centipede wasn't having a shouting session to himself as well. Quietly!

I woke up about 4 this morning, went for a wazz and started feeling (what i thought was) strands of my mrs' hair on my neck, face, arms, hands etc. After a lot of swooshing of hands to remove I realized it was actually spider web! Though one must have webbed up the doorway until I got back in bed put my arms over my head and felt something run onto my hand, jumped up to see a dirty great harvestman spider running across the bed! Little bugger was probably trying to wrap me up or something lol. That type don't normally bother me but the thought of it working away on me half the night meant I swiftly dispatched it.

If it'd been a fat hairy house spider I'd probably not slept for a week, I actually find a big one of them more offensive looking than any other spider. I'd rather hold a tarantula.

I've heard about the conkers thing before. I may try it this year. Where the hell do you get conkers from if you're nowhere near a tree? They sell them in Tesco? LOL!!

Yeah I had a large house spider in the shower waiting for me last Monday morning, must be the warm weather bringing them out.

Apparently spraying flyspray along all your skirting boards keeps them out of your rooms....according to my spiderphobic hairdresser.

I'm not bothered by them

I would not kill one, rather put it outside and let it get on with its life, they do a lot of good in fact.

Glad we have not got any of those Australian ones over here though!
