I'm flying out of the country on Monday. What do I have to switch off on the phone to make sure I don't get hit with huge internet roaming fees?

ie I want the phone function to work, but not internet related stuff.

Don't want to mess around with pay as you go chips. I just want to know how to turn off the internet roaming.

Go to manage connections- mobile network options-data service set to off, -when roaming set to off.
OR
If WiFi will be available set data ON, roaming OFF, and sync up the Wi-Fi.
