Haha sod!

Yeah I am shocked she had the front to too. Apparently she is allowed to appeal the decision.
Apparently the case was not based on the decision, but how the decision was made. aka a waste of time.

I'm sure there's legalities involved, however, at the very basic level she was responsible for the safety of children and a child died the most horrific death possible on her watch, so the bottom line is (in the words of Alan Sugar)....Sharon - you're fired!!!

It is very rare that we have seen someone being held responsible for the gross errors of a department which they were in charge of.

About time there was a lot more of "The buck stops here", it might just concentrate the minds of a few more who expect to never have to accept any blame for their failures.

Awesome, although she still wasted taxpayers money (?) by trying it on

TX.

Edit - reading about it on BBC website, it sounds like she didn't put her case together very well ...

Perhaps best she is tortured and beaten to death over the period of a few weeks instead of the right to appeal - she is a prize **** for letting Baby P murder happen. She should take responsibility for the consequences of the inaction under her leadership and hang her head in shame and just go away quietly. I hope the b*tch dies soon!

and rest

A bit like the way she ran the childrens social services.

You didn't do your job properly, folk who reported to you screwed up, you got fired - get over it and stop wasting the taxpayers cash.

But no-one hold their breath for her to win it on appeal..........

I'm not sure what it is with the UK: we appeal, we lose, we appeal the appeal, we lose, we appeal again........Fek off, you lost, get over it.

Same as these friggin so-called asylum seekers. Lose? Get gone.
