Default Ebay Faux Pas any ideas

Just made an ebay blooper

was looking at some of the items i'm watching on my ipod, and instead of pressing view item, i seem to have managed to click the buy it now option.

As soon as i twigged what it was doing, i tried to quit, but to no avail it would seem i have purchased the item (albeit not paid for)

I have email the seller immidiatly and explained my error, but as of yet, i havnt heard anything.

Should i offer to cover his listing fees, or just stay mum if asked to pay.

Mart

If this post was put up anonymously there could only be two people who would have done this - and admitted it - one male and one female!!!

Eh, doesn't it direct you to paypal to pay for stuff when buy it now is clicked Keep schtum IMHO & see what seller says. I'd take you through the claim process to ensure you get a non paying "strike"

I think you would have to go through the entire paying process Mart. Hopefully you will be alright.

Looks like the seller has realised my mistake was genuine, and has relisted the item

Phew
