paypal dispute etc have they changed it?
went to start a dispute and it directed me to ebay to start one and i have to wait 10 days, there seems to be no way atal i can start one on paypal yet
typical ebay crap seller i bought item asked a week later when its comin no reply, asked again 3 days later no reply and he has 2 negs for no item
allways seems to happen on the item you need the most too doesent it, now im going to have to pay even more out on one :rant:
