couldnt edit for accuracy replace earns with recieves , but all said n done unlike others recieving these sums at least he is sticking up for the common worker all/ most other bosses dont give a stuff about thier workers and just count the numbers and say hmmm your on 250k a year ime on 350k a year thats 600k a year times are hard now what can we do oh i know 600k divide by say 19k thats 31.5 staff we have gotta loose no problem the rest can work a bit harder for thier money . look at rbs class example 520staff at ground level gone now you cant tell me rbs service level to customers hasnt fallen because of this very short sighted buisness ethics
