lol tell me about it, due a parcel monday !!!

on the tracking log, all i got was 'could not deliver due to adverse weather conditions'

by wednesday i had enough and rang them, and said i'll collect it from the local depot!

they said i couldnt as it was in the van and thats in an other location, so they would hold it for me for thursday, i thought cool, i'll collect in the morning, except they didnt hold it, they sent it out again and could not deliver!

i flipped at the women at parcel force lol i needed it urgent as i had to fit it today for my mapping session.

anyway in the end she rang the van driver and he left it at a post office 12 miles away, i drove up and collected

i think thts the only way your gonna get it mate

The postmen are doing a great job.
They have been out every day on there bicycles in below freezing conditions delivering every morning without fail.

I have been waiting for a hob to arrive from Wednesday but am being told that it may be next Wednesday weather permitting.

They dont make white van men like they used to

To be fair to the couriers, I guess many of them are trying. Just in your case you have been unlucky. The exception to the rule I hear is anyone using Citylink in the Newcastle area as they have really lazy ****ing couriers

This is where you need to live in an area that consists of Owner drivers like me. Where as all the PAYE drivers at the Pforce depot get paid whilst doing nowt. But we don't get paid unless we deliver. Amazing how apart from some farms, me and my drivers have managed a 90% delivery rate.
