10K Run - Hatfield. Nov 22 2009
Willow Foundation Charity
I'm still up at 1.30am and I am running the 10k at 11am!!!
Post your votes on how long it will take me.
Bear in mind these facts
Whoever guesses the nearest time gets to direct a £50 cheque to their fave charity.
{Codicil - Charity has to be registered in UK}
To give you a helping hand - I reckon I'll do 10k in 1hour 23mins 45secs
If you get nearer - you win

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd the winner is:
HUX with his guess of 1H12M. Despite driving rain, hail, wind and boggy conditions I managed to post 1HR16M (Which I'm happy with for a first attempt) One of the group I went with posted 54M, The other two posted 1H11M.
Hux - PM me with details for your Charidee
Worley - the last KM was brutal. I started off at a medium pace for the first 3K, Jogged / walked for 3K, got into the "Groove" for 3K - then crashed for the last K. Still managed to summon a burst of NRG for the last 200M or so Will post up pictures as and when available.
DPB - I could have done with losing a few kilos prior to setting off!! I guess I wasn't helped by having a bit of a hangover and having also smoked half a pack of cigs on saturday night!
Knebworth 2010 10K next - Target is to hit 60mins or thereabouts
