Ok my credit card has been fraudulently used, i ring them up as i have found out and now i have to wait till Monday for their office to open So does that mean someone can go nuts with my car until Monday?

if i don't laugh i'll just cry. Got thru to some other department, just explained the situation that i believe my card has been used without my knowledge and this dippy bitch gives me a number for the only department that can deal with it but they are only open monday to friday. I was like ok fair enough but then she proceeded to ask me if i knew i was over my limited on the card...............well i suppose it might be as i'm telling you it is being fraudulently USED her reply was, Oh, Ok then!

On the back of your card will be the number for lost and stolen. Ring that number and they will cancel the card. They are open 7 days a week.

give 0870 600 0459 (its a 24 hour service) a call and tell them you want the card stopped and give details of the last time it was legally used.

Agree with above - lost and stolen cards is a 24 hour service!!!
