To get my visa to live in Argentina I need to obtain an statement of good character for the past 5 years...

I have lived in Holland for the past 3 years and the two before that in UK.

Who in the UK will I contact to get this?

You could try the Customs Offices first, they could at least point you in the right direction.

Law Officers - Attorney General's Office

send her a copy of any old passport and she'll do the honours
